He is saying what they rest of us with a mind are thinking. This is NOT THE TIME to have a tax cut. There is no more cuts to services that can be made without real harm to the citizens of Oklahoma. This $30+ per AVG taxpayer will not help anyone. It only hurts. More people need to tell the truth about this situation. Sad day for Oklahoma to be in this mess.
