House Rules Committee Clears Beer, Wine Sales Change, Goes To Full House

Statement from Tyler Moore, spokesperson for Oklahomans for Consumer Freedom about SJR68 passing out of the House Rules Committee:

We applaud the House Rules Committee for voting in support of SJR 68 today to increase choices and convenience for consumers. This is a significant step forward and is the result of the hard work of many groups, including our coalition partners:

The next step is a vote on the floor of the House of Representatives and with passage there, we will be set to vote on modernizing our beer and wine laws in November. Oklahomans for Consumer Freedom is confident voters will express their support for modern alcohol laws.
