Bridenstine Targets Taylor With Robocalls
Bridenstine robocalls tout Bartlett, slam Taylor

Tulsans have been receiving calls from U.S. Rep. Jim Bridenstine, R-Okla., and he’s not on the phone to ask their opinions on the looming federal debt-ceiling crisis.
He’s calling to implore them to vote for their “friend in Republican Mayor Dewey Bartlett” in the Nov. 12 mayoral election.
The robocalls are the second foray into the mayoral campaign for the first-term congressman, who last month ran local radio ads bashing Bartlett’s opponent, former Mayor Kathy Taylor, as “the Obama candidate for mayor.”
Bridenstine’s robocall strikes a similar tone.
