Lamb Prepping Re-Election Campaign, Names Nichols, Siegfried As Chairs

Lamb Leadership Team Named
In anticipation of a 2014 reelection campaign, Lt. Governor Todd Lamb today announced a campaign leadership team being led by noted Oklahomans Larry Nichols and Hastings Siegfried.
“We are not ready to formally announce a reelection effort, but I am excited to have leaders like Larry Nichols and Hastings Siegfried on board as we make critical decisions,” Lamb stated. “As a former Secret Service agent and a parent, I know the importance of always being prepared. Having Larry and Hastings on board is a great way to be prepared,” Lamb continued.
Larry Nichols, Executive Chairman of Devon, one of the state’s largest private employers and a world leader in oil and natural gas production, will serve as the Chairman of the Lamb for Lt. Governor campaign. Hastings Siegfried, Vice-Chairman of NORDAM, a Tulsa-based company engaged in innovative manufacturing in the aerospace and aviation industries, will serve as Tulsa Chairman of the reelection effort.
“Todd Lamb has proven himself to be the type of leader our state needs,” stated Nichols. “Governor Lamb has successfully pushed for real workers’ compensation reform; he understands Oklahoma is competing internationally, and he is making certain our state is prepared for the future. I’m pleased to be leading his campaign effort,” Nichols concluded.
“Governor Lamb understands that our entire state – Tulsa, central and rural Oklahoma — all can thrive and depend on one another. Todd brings the work ethic and values that laid the foundation for Oklahoma’s greatness and couples that with the vision and energy of a new generation. I’m excited to be a part of his team. With Todd Lamb helping lead this state, there’s no telling how far we can go,” Hastings said.

The way he has grown Devon into the economic engine it has become is a testament to what the Oklahoma values of hard-work and perseverance can accomplish.”
“Hastings Siegfried is one of our state’s dynamic young business leaders. His experience with a world-renowned business provides him with expertise on how to make Oklahoma even more competitive as we seek to increase quality STEM jobs in our state,” Lamb said.
Elected in 2010 as Lt. Governor, Lamb’s leadership has been recognized by his peers as he has been elected Chairman of the bipartisan National Lt. Governors’ Association. Prior to his election, Lamb served six years in the State Senate where he rose to the position of Majority Floor Leader. Outside of politics, Lamb has had a successful career as a Special Agent with the United States Secret Service where he was named to the national Joint Terrorism Task Force and assigned to portions of the 9-11 investigation. Additionally, Lamb has experience in the oil and natural gas and telecommunication industries. Lamb and his wife, Monica, have been married 18 years and have two children.
